Purchasing a new Pigeonhole

You will need to purchase a new Pigeonhole for each new event that you organise. To do so, click on the “Purchase Select a plan and add-ons” button on your Dashboard homepage and proceed to complete the steps shown:

Select a Pigeonhole Plan

Select the most appropriate plan for your event. Learn more about choosing a Pigeonhole Plan.

Select Add-ons

Supplement your plan with Add-ons, such as additional Q&A sessions and participants. Learn more about choosing Add-ons

If you require a Pigeonhole duration of more than 7 days, more than 5000 participants and Custom Branding, please submit a support request via your Dashboard under Help.

Enter your billing details

Enter the necessary billing information.

Review your purchase order

Your order is reflected in the sidebar.

If you have a valid Promo Code, enter it to obtain a discount on your purchase.

If there's a cheaper option available based on your order, we'll also recommend the upgrade to Captivate Plan here.

Click on the “Pay” button to proceed to the next step, or the “Cancel” button to cancel this order.

Make payment

Enter the necessary credit or debit card information. Read more about payment methods.

Click on the “Submit” button to confirm payment, or the “Cancel Payment” button to cancel your order.

Once the payment has been processed, you will be directed to your new Pigeonhole. Your invoice for this purchase can be found on the Billing page.
